Automated intralogistics system
AMI Förder- und Lagertechnik exhibited an automated intralogistics system at Logimat that covers the entire packaging process right through to shipping.
The required product is picked at the packing table and entered into the system via a hand scanner. The next station is an automatic carton sealer, which finally packs the product before it is transferred to the rotary table via a 24V rotary table. The values determined on the continuous scale and the volumetric measuring device are printed on a label and applied. Data is recorded by a colour sensor and barcode reader, different load carriers are recognized and ejected via ejection technologies such as belt lift transfer units, pop-up sorters and a 400V rotary table. After automatic strapping, the parcels and small load carriers are conveyed to their final destinations and either end up in the DWS dynamic goods storage system via a 24V belt-driven roller conveyor, on the zero pressure accumulation driven scissor roller conveyor or are palletized by a cobot.
