KGH acquires data acquisition specialist Navitro
KGH Customs Services continues to invest in digital solutions for customs and foreign trade management with the acquisition of Norwegian data capture specialist Navitro. With the acquisition, "Intelligent Data Capture" - intelligent data management across media disruptions - will be included as a new solution in KGH's CTDS suite of digital services.
"With the acquisition of Navitro, we are accelerating the investment in our digital capabilities and competencies. With Navitro as part of our digital toolbox, we have a unique, proprietary solution on the market that can be offered both as part of our CTDS suite and as a stand-alone product," says Lars Börjesson, CEO of KGH.
KGH has grown its business in recent years by expanding into various European countries, adding additional capabilities and competencies. The acquisition of Navitro will strengthen KGH's digital capabilities and accelerate the digital transformation of KGH's customs and foreign trade services and solutions.
"We at Navitro are excited about this development as KGH is a company that truly appreciates the value and potential of our technology. I look forward to driving Navitro forward and working with KGH to develop smart solutions for existing and new markets," says Andreas Moen Arnet, founder of Navitro. Navitro's unique, proprietary solution will be part of the CTDS suite as Intelligent Data Capture and will complement and enhance KGH's existing digital solutions in the area of customs and foreign trade management.
