Change in the Fiege Executive Board
The Fiege Group and Kenza Ait Si Abbou have announced that Executive Board member Ait Si Abbou will leave the Executive Board on May 31, 2025 to pursue new professional challenges as an independent consultant. The decision was made by mutual agreement.
Co-CEO Felix Fiege will take over her area of responsibility within the Management Board. Kenza Ait Si Abbou, who has been Chief Technology Officer (CTO) since summer 2023, will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity.
Technological infrastructure further developed
During her time as a member of the Executive Board, the engineer and AI expert has contributed significantly to the further development of the Fiege Group's technological infrastructure and driven forward key innovation projects. "Kenza has set the course in a very short time to make our more than 150-year-old family business fit for the digital future. She has succeeded in laying the organizational foundations for our further technological transformation", explains Jens Fiege, Co-CEO of the Fiege Group. And Felix Fiege adds: "We are grateful that Kenza will continue to support us with her expertise and wealth of experience on our path to digitalizing our business models in order to make logistics and our digital products even smarter and more sustainable with the help of AI technologies."
Kenza Ait Si Abbou adds: "I am grateful for the opportunities that Fiege has offered me and proud of what we have achieved together in a very short time. It has been a great pleasure to work with the Executive Board and the many great colleagues at Fiege. I look forward to remaining closely associated with the company. With Fiege at my side as a reference customer, I am now looking forward to new challenges."
