Segro appoints new Business Unit Director Northern Europe
Düsseldorf, 23.07.2018 -
Jim Hartley was appointed
developer for industrial real estate, as the new Business Unit Director Northern Europe, with responsibility for Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands. Hartley joined Segro as a graduate in 2001. In his last role, he was Joint Venture Director of the Segro European Logistics Partnership (SELP), a joint venture between Segro and the Canadian Public Sector Pension Investment Board.
"Given his success in growing the SELP portfolio, we are delighted that Jim Hartley has taken on the role of Business Unit Director for Northern Europe. His expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that Segro benefits from the high demand for commercial real estate, particularly in Germany and the Netherlands," says Andy Gulliford, COO of Segro.
Hartley will manage a real estate portfolio of 1.5 million square meters of usable space in big-box warehouses and urban logistics areas.
