Safe transportation of piece goods and bulk goods
The item Railing System 8 D8 guides materials of all kinds up to 250 N on the conveyor belts provided.
It can be easily adapted to different requirements and brings the transported goods safely to their destination. For particularly gentle transport, the low-friction aluminum profiles can easily be supplemented with additional slide rails. It provides the necessary design freedom to guide transported goods safely in any situation. It is ideal, for example, when the conveyed material is wider than the conveyor belt. The system, which is one of item's fall innovations, has numerous advantages: adjustable width and height, quick and easy installation, attractive and efficient design.
Variable and safe transportation
The railing system 8 D8 consists of three new components: The railing holder 8 D8 is screwed into the side groove 8 of the conveyor belt and serves as a connection to the railing profile. Brackets in two versions (J 80 D8 / J 130 D8) enable optimum adjustment of the transport height and width. Thanks to the large swivel radius, the user can adjust the position of the railing intuitively and quickly. Small load carriers (SLC) with standard dimensions, as well as other containers and bulk goods, can be transported safely with the 8 D8 railing system thanks to the simple inward or outward alignment of the brackets. The robust profile 8 24x20 D30 serves as the railing. It has an optimized contour so that the goods can be guided directly along the low-friction aluminium profile. Various plastic slide rails in different colors can be clicked into place for gentle transport. For example, the slide rails 5 ESD and D30 fit into the optimized profile.
The Railing System is based on just a few basic components that can be combined in a variety of ways. It is perfectly integrated into the item Building Kit System and can also be used with other profiles by changing the sliding block. However, it is not only classic KLT that can be guided safely along the railing. The system is also perfect for accumulating and funneling individual objects that could easily slip off the conveyor belt without a railing. The new railing system is also ideal for separating transported goods.
