Retail range: flexibility to save space
Purus Plastics has developed a new retail range that is designed to attract the interest of retailers in particular. The company operates a modern plastics processing plant in Arzberg, Bavaria; new products are created from secondary raw materials through recycling, including pallets.
The robust and durable Fidus Retail 1208 in Euro pallet format is particularly impressive thanks to its optimized nesting behaviour, which enables 330 more pallets per normal truck and thus reduces transport costs. The model, which weighs around 8 kg, is characterized by balanced handling.
The Fidus Retail 1208 can be seamlessly combined with some of the retail pallets used on the market. Equipped with a patented rotary stacking system, the user can choose whether to nest with small gaps or whether wider gaps for the use of forklift trucks make sense at selected points. An RFID pocket is integrated. The pallet has a static load capacity of up to 2,500 kg and a dynamic load capacity of up to 1,250 kg.
