Foldable or rigid
With the "contecline compact" compressed intralogistics container, the manufacturer Bekuplast combines the design advantages of a rigid miniload container with the logistical benefits of a collapsible container for the first time.
The "contecline" container series was specially developed for use in small parts warehouses and shuttle systems. The compressed "contecline compact" version can be folded up, reducing the volume by 70 percent. This saves space during storage and transportation. The compressed container is erected fully automatically for use in the small parts warehouse. Once erected, the side walls are securely fixed and the collapsible container becomes a rigid miniload container. In terms of stability, load capacity and running properties, the "contecline compact" container is on a par with the rigid "contecline" version.
The collapsible container also aims to impress ecologically. Compared to a rigid container, fewer truck transports are required andCO2 and pollutant emissions are reduced. On request, the new container is available in a climate-neutral version - Bekuplast also offers customers all products in a climate-neutral version in collaboration with Climate Partner. If the customer opts for a climate-neutral product, allCO2 emissions that cannot be avoided in the manufacturing process are offset.
