PAKi takes over vPOOL's logistics division
The load carrier expert PAKi Logistics has continued to operate the pooling and logistics division of vPOOL since the beginning of February. The takeover guarantees the continuation of existing business relationships and expands the product and service portfolio for customers.
The pooling expert PAKi has announced the takeover of the pooling division of the German vPOOL Group. The new company, which will now operate under the name vPOOL Logistics GmbH, will continue to manage the load carrier accounts of customers and partners without interruption and all credit balances will be retained. The employees of vPOOL's pooling division will be taken over and remain at the Wörnitz site, so that customers and partners will continue to be served reliably.

"A strong partner like PAKi not only gives our customers access to a more comprehensive range of products and services than before, but also to a Europe-wide logistics network. Heiko Dagenbach, former Managing Director of VPOOL, will retain this role in the new company.
