While air freight capacity remains severely impacted due to the lack of passenger flights, this offering creates new freight options for DB Schenker's customers exporting from Germany and across Europe. The Global Flight Operations Program builds on DB Schenker's previous full charter offerings, such as the Covid-19 China Shuttle. Roland Dressler, Executive Vice President Air Freight for DB Schenker Germany & Switzerland: "As the Covid-19 pandemic is not yet under control worldwide, we do not expect passenger flights and cargo capacities to normalize within the next twelve months. I am therefore very proud that our flight schedule with exclusive full charter flights offers importers and exporters in Germany and Europe a reliable air freight solution. The tireless efforts of our team enable our customers to keep their supply chains stable."
