LogiMAT 2022

Petra Born,

New way of working together at Still

Still will be presenting its new ACH series to the general public for the first time at Logimat. These agile and flexible autonomous mobile robots (AMR) will work together with automated vertical conveyors such as reach trucks or narrow-aisle forklifts in a realistic application scenario in Stuttgart.

In this way, the Hamburg-based intralogistics specialist is implementing a new form of modern division of labor in transport processes in warehouses and production. The processes simulated at the trade fair take place in a similar way every day in almost every warehouse and production hall: the retrieval of semi-finished products from the high-bay warehouse, transportation for further processing, the subsequent return transport to the high-bay warehouse and the final storage of the finished products.

These usually time-consuming and personnel-intensive processes can be made more cost-effective and efficient in future thanks to optimized workflows.
