Robot palletizer as a compact class
Based on decades of palletizing expertise, Trapo presents its new compact class of articulated robots that can be flexibly adapted to the available space.
All palletizers in the series are optionally available in a food-compliant version; accordingly, all models with this option have FDA approval. The robots are inserted into existing spaces "like a shoehorn" - ideal for production halls with existing 2.60-metre-high ceilings. The class starts with three sophisticated models. Equipped with individual grippers, they increase performance and protect the product. Flexibility is enhanced by the optional layer pad handling.
Companies in the packaging industry are taking a further step towards automation with the Trapo Pack palletizing software for the optimum layer pattern and perfect stack formation.
