Intralogistics modular system that can be experienced
At Stöcklin Logistik, the focus is on a modular system kit for complete turnkey solutions including the Logos software suite and long-life services for an improved, future-oriented flow of goods and materials.
However, Stöcklin will not be showing individual products, but will instead use interactive presentations and tools such as VR glasses and 3D planning software to present suitable modules to visitors virtually. In this way, customized solutions can be experienced, whether semi-automated or fully automated. The modular system includes high-performance and fully automated multi-channel storage solutions for single or multiple-deep storage of pallets and containers. For the automated small parts warehouse (AKL), either the FSP shuttle system for a wide range of container types or the scalable Boxer storage and retrieval solution is used. In the automated pallet warehouse (APL), the master models are used for energy-efficient single or multiple-deep storage of pallets.
A range of automated storage technology modules
Automated conveyor technology for pallets (TAP) and containers (TAB), precise order picking systems including the Speed-Com high-performance order picking workstation, the shelving system produced in-house and the Logos software suite complete the automated warehouse technology modules. These are designed and produced entirely at the Stöcklin Technology Center in Laufen, Switzerland. There is also a wide range of smart material handling solutions to choose from - for example stackers, hand pallet trucks, order pickers as well as stainless steel and explosion-proof stackers. Long-life service modules and supplementary services, such as modernization, 24/7 service desk, fleet management, spare parts services and cyber security, ensure reliable operation.
