Logimat 2024
Element Logic with Autostore solutions
Element Logic is coming to Logimat with Autostore solutions, new components and software tools for fully automated material flows in intralogistics.
With solutions for the multifunctionality of Autostore systems, Element Logic, the world's first Autostore integrator, is presenting a wide range of products for project and process-specific refinement of the leading storage concept for small parts. Standard Autostore technology modules will be optimized and presented as exhibits, including the new R5 Pro robots. They will be linked with various modules for fully automated picking and internal transport processes.
The corresponding spectrum of solutions from Element Logic is broad - it ranges from special transfer cells for transferring storage and retrieval from the storage cube to conveyor technology or automated guided vehicles (AGVs) to the robot picking solution E-Operator and software with coordinated process control and individual prioritization strategies from the Warehouse Management System (WMS) of the subsidiary S&P Computersysteme.
It all depends on optimal integration
Anything is possible with an Autostore if it is optimally integrated into the internal material flows. With powerful in-house developments and intelligent software systems, Element Logic optimizes the performance of both the system itself and the upstream and downstream processes. The system integrator can also integrate stationary conveyor technology from its own modular system or autonomous mobile robots (AMR) from cooperation partner and robotics specialist Addverb Technologies into the overall solution.
Transfer cells are integrated directly into the Autostore systems. Instead of picking ports, the Autostore robots transfer the system containers to a conveyor system. This opens up additional options for onward transportation - to connected assembly stations, elevators and spiral conveyor technology for changing storeys or to the fully automated robot picking solution. In-house software tools for autostore warehouse management E-Manager, E-Logiq for data analysis and the powerful WMS "SuPCISL8" from S&P open up additional optimization potential.
