Always channel to the right exit
Itoh Denki, specialist for motorized rollers and automation solutions, is presenting an innovative sorting module at CeMAT. This module can handle any carrier with dimensions of 150 x 150 millimetres or more - be it an envelope, a box or a pallet,
a plastic crate or a box - sort it out. The modules from Itoh Denki make this possible. Each has its own motorization. Several carriers arriving at the same time are also handled simultaneously and sorted according to their destination. Each module works independently and can be removed and reinserted like a cassette. This keeps maintenance times to a minimum. Sorting is carried out using the calculated optimum path and without bumps. The dimensions of the sorting plate can be adjusted at any time without having to intervene in the programming.
Rollers from Japan
All Itoh Denki Group products are developed at the headquarters in Japan and distributed via the four subsidiaries in France, the USA, Shanghai and Hong Kong. The European market is served by Itoh Denki Europe with branches in the UK and Germany and the head office in France.
