Active fire prevention with OxyReduct VPSA
Preventing a fire from starting in the first place is the best way to effectively protect companies from fire hazards and consequential damage caused by extinguishing agents. For this purpose, fire protection expert Wagner has developed the active fire prevention system OxyReduct. As a fire requires oxygen to start and develop, the oxygen concentration in the protected area is reduced. This practically deprives the fire of the "air it needs to breathe". The OxyReduct VPSA (the abbreviation stands for Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) generates the nitrogen required to reduce the oxygen content directly on site from the ambient air with very little energy input. According to the company, the Wagner Group GmbH system is easy to maintain, modular and designed for continuous operation.
