SSI Schaefer takes over French software developer GRN Logistic
Neunkirchen/Cholet, September 15, 2017 - SSI Schaefer has acquired GRN Logistic to strengthen its local expertise in France. With this step, the company says it is consistently implementing its international market development plans and further strengthening the areas of software solutions and customer service.
GRN Logistic was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Cholet (western France). As a developer and integrator of solutions in the entire field of warehouse management systems, GRN Logistic's customers include various well-known companies with a total of over 70 successfully implemented installations. With the takeover, SSI Schaefer is strengthening its performance in France and bundling the broad know-how and many years of experience of the parties involved. Customers in the various industries can thus be advised comprehensively and seamlessly in the entire field of intralogistics.
