BEUMER Group: Guido Hesse new Head of Customer Support

Beckum, 07.11.2017 - Guido Hesse (50) has recently been appointed Head of Customer Support at BEUMER Group's headquarters in Beckum. In this role, he manages and coordinates the global competence center and, together with his team, lays the technical and organizational foundations of services for BEUMER products.
"For us, it's not just about avoiding malfunctions and machine downtimes and therefore long downtimes," says Hesse. "Regardless of the industry in which our customers operate, they have to adapt to the increasing demands of the market and, for example, increase the performance of their systems. We are the right people to talk to about this." The goal of the industrial engineering graduate is to strategically develop the international team and ensure smooth communication between the globally distributed locations.
The new Head of Customer Support can draw on a wealth of experience. Before joining BEUMER Group, he held commercial management positions in mechanical and plant engineering with a strong international focus. Hesse was in charge of foreign companies and worked as commercial director in Mexico. In the cement industry, Hesse successfully managed turnkey projects in large-scale plant construction. He has been working for BEUMER Group since 2013. Prior to his appointment as Head of Customer Support, Hesse was Managing Director of the BEUMER Group company in Mexico. red
