The vertical design of the sorter and its variable number of end positions on both sides offer the greatest possible flexibility in the smallest possible space. This allows it to easily link the areas of incoming goods, storage, order picking and dispatch in one logistics system. It sorts everything with dimensions from 150 x 100 x 20 mm to 600 x 600 x 500 mm and a weight of up to 35 kg. It can even move larger unit loads up to a maximum of 1,200 mm by occupying two carriers. Thanks to a speed of up to 2 m/s, the SpeedSorter line achieves a throughput of up to 14,000 conveyed goods per hour. The simple adaptability in terms of the number and type of infeeds and end points, the low operating and maintenance costs and the space-saving implementation are the answer to the increasing volume of parcels worldwide and the same-day delivery expectations of customers. The combination of modularity, robust mechanics and digitalization strategies is a unique selling point of the sorter. Various infeeds and a wide range of different end points make the sorter an all-round talent. While the toploader is the most common and highest throughput infeed variant, the sorter can be individually adapted to customer requirements thanks to manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic infeeds. The sorter also offers a wide range of implementation options in terms of end positions. From the short or long sheet chute, the sheet chute with brake belt, the gravity roller conveyor or the chute on telescopic belt conveyors - there are no limits to the applications. Even individual carriers can be inserted or removed quickly and easily thanks to the unique plug-and-play solution.
