The AI-based monitoring platform, for example, automates inventory monitoring, detects anomalies and enables stocktaking during operation. The AI software works in combination with a camera. The entire system is ready for use in picking or picking stations within an hour. Containers are scanned automatically and the platform compares the recorded data with the WMS stock levels in real time. The result is up-to-date stock control and reduced stock shortages.

Sereact Lens automatically detects damaged or incorrectly assigned items and waste in storage containers. This data is forwarded to quality control or incoming and outgoing goods for corrections. This increases process quality. Sereact Lens also saves resources when it comes to returns; the platform recognizes whether a return needs to be checked or can be put back into storage.
