Modular WMS Prostore
Efficiency, error prevention and strategies to combat the shortage of skilled workers - these are also challenges in warehouse logistics. The Paderborn-based company Team offers solutions with the modular Prostore warehouse management system (WMS).
Visitors to the trade fair can see the benefits for themselves using specific project examples and ensure that their logistics processes are future-proof. With Prostore, intralogistics processes can be automated, digitalized and efficiently designed. New at the trade fair is the consulting cooperation with Autostore, from which Prostore customers will benefit. The space-saving Autostore robotic storage and picking system can be easily integrated into existing warehouses. Integration into Prostore is already available so that the WMS can be incorporated directly without middleware. The connection is further developed and optimized depending on the project. Autostore has already been integrated and put into operation at various Team customers. Thanks to the new consulting cooperation, Team customers will in future receive direct advice from Autostore consultants as well as complete, reliable handling from a single source. A customized layout can be created for the Autostore integrators that is tailored to the customer and optimally matches the respective business processes.
At the trade fair, Team will also be demonstrating how the latest tracking technology can be integrated into the Prostore system. By integrating the "SLOCator" into Prostore, industrial trucks can be located in real time. 3D lidar sensors provide information for object detection and collision avoidance by generating an exact 3D image of the vehicle or process environment through hundreds of thousands of distance measurements per second.
