Tsubaki Kabelschlepp expands its portfolio
Tsubaki Kabelschlepp is expanding its portfolio upwards and downwards, adding larger and smaller versions of the proven chain types.
One of the new products is the UA1995 cable carrier, which is set to continue the success story of the Uniflex Advanced series. The chain has an internal height of 80 mm and internal widths of 85-250 mm - even up to 600 mm are possible on request. This means there is plenty of space for cables and hoses of all kinds. With the extra installation space, the UA 1995 is well suited to the challenges of mechanical engineering, machine tool construction or gantries & axes.
Compact solutions
The new TKHD85 and TKHD85-R heavy-duty energy chain (with integrated rollers) is one size smaller and specializes in long travel lengths. The internal height of 58 mm is the ideal choice when not as much space is required for cables, hoses etc. as with the large version. In return, users benefit from the lower weight, which is a particular advantage on long routes.
Uniflex: can be used in rotating movements
The new all-plastic energy chains of the next generation, Uniflex Advanced 1250, Easytrax 0250 and Quicktrax 0250, are also compact sizes for small installation spaces. However, the Uniflex Advanced 1250 has a special role to play here, as there is also a functional change: unlike its predecessor models, the cable carrier can now also be used horizontally in circular (rotating) movements.
The condition monitoring system from Tsubaki Kabelschlepp has also been extended. The wear of the glide shoes on the chain can now be recorded over the service life of a machine without the need for additional cables in the cable carrier. The system also monitors the push/pull forces over long travel distances and protects systems from damage and unplanned downtime.
