Van de Noort becomes CSO EMEA at Lapp
On January 1, 2026, Ad van de Noort officially took over the role of CSO EMEA at the Lapp Group. He had been in charge of sales in the EMEA region on an interim basis since June 2025.
With Ad van de Noort, the Stuttgart-based company Lapp has appointed an experienced manager as CSO. Born in the Netherlands, he joined Lapp in 2015 after working for international industrial companies such as GE and ABB. Since then, he has managed Western European sales with companies in France, England and Benelux before taking on the role of CSO EMEA on an interim basis in June 2025. In the 2025 financial year, Lapp generated sales of over 1.9 billion euros, with EMEA accounting for around two thirds of this.
Ad van de Noort says: "I am looking forward to continuing to drive growth in our largest region with the sales team and working together to offer our customers the best possible service. My focus will continue to be on the market and the needs of our customers."
The Regional Management Team EMEA consists of Ad van de Noort (CSO), Lutz Grotebrune (CFO), Dr. Wilma Kauke (CPO) and Michael Seddig (CEO). They manage Lapp's EMEA region.
