Element Logic: Carola Wagner new Vice President Professional Services
Element Logic has appointed Carola Wagner as Vice President of Professional Services effective May 1, 2026. Wagner will be based out of Element Logic's Leinfelden-Echterdingen office near Stuttgart, Germany. In her new role, she will lead the company's Professional Services organization and further develop the skills required to support customers throughout the lifecycle of their automation solutions.
"Carola Wagner brings a unique combination of strategic understanding, technical expertise and international leadership experience," says Christian Rognes, Group Chief Product Officer at Element Logic. "Her appointment strengthens our ability to deliver high quality services to our customers and expand our operations globally."
For the past ten years, Wagner has been based in Singapore, where she gained global leadership experience and supported companies in large-scale transformation and innovation initiatives. Her background includes technology, supply chain strategy and operational improvement in international markets.
Wagner holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Graz University of Technology in Austria and an MBA from INSEAD. She joins Element Logic from McKinsey & Company, where she led key business units focusing on artificial intelligence and supply chain services.
