Managing director duo
Allivate starts 2026 with dual leadership
The IT air freight company Allivate is starting 2026 with Matthias Hupka and Niklas Petri as its new dual leadership team. The two have been jointly managing the company since 1 January 2026 and are focusing on expansion and community-driven digitalization.
Allivate has been managed equally by Matthias Hupka and Niklas Petri since January 1, 2026. Both were previously Senior Consultants at the company. Hupka is responsible for IT, project and product management, including the further development of the FAIR@Link platform and new digital services. Petri is in charge of sales and the operational design of digitalized air freight processes and drives market expansion, new services and business models.
Together, they focus on process consulting and strategic expansion. They explain: "Our unique selling point is the close exchange with the community in the digital transformation in order to achieve the best possible result for the air cargo industry. We want to transfer the exemplary concept of an established and jointly practised cargo community system at Frankfurt Airport to other airports."
The management team continues to work closely with the joint venture partners Dakosy and Fraport. Hupka acts as the interface to Dakosy for the operation and further development of the platform, Petri as the link to Fraport and its air freight network.
Previously, allivate had been managed by Martina Schikorr and Dirk Gladiator since 2024, supplemented by Denis de Farias Duarte on an interim basis from June 2025. Gladiator will remain associated with the company in an advisory capacity until the end of March 2026.
