Andreas Kujawski, Managing Director of GEFCO Forwarding Germany since January 2019, aims to expand activities on the German market in a targeted manner. Kujawski has 22 years of experience in the logistics and forwarding industry. He began his career at UPS, held senior management positions at DHL Worldwide Express/Deutsche Post AG and continued his career as Managing Director at a cash-in-transit company. Most recently, he was Managing Director at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Air & Sea GmbH & Co KG. Over the years, Kujawski has gained specialist logistics knowledge in the fashion, life science & healthcare, automotive, retail and engineering sectors.

Choi Kuen Sum took up his post as the new Sales Manager of GEFCO Forwarding Germany on June 1, while Markus Leutner was appointed Key Account Manager on May 15, 2019. Andreas Kujawski comments on the personnel expansion: "Our aim is to develop and expand our activities in Germany with sustainable and profitable new business. Choi Kuen Sum, the new Sales Director for GEFCO Forwarding Germany, has worked in various management positions in the logistics and forwarding industry on two continents and in four countries for more than 20 years. Sum began his career as a freight forwarding trainee at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics in Hamburg. He has worked for various multinational companies in different sectors, such as Kühne & Nagel and most recently Rhenus Logistics, in key account management in China and Malaysia and as Regional Sales Manager at his most recent location in Singapore. Choi Kuen Sum speaks fluent German, English, Mandarin and Korean.

Markus Leutner, newly appointed Key Account Manager with a focus on new customer acquisition at GEFCO Forwarding Germany, has many years of experience in business development in Germany, from field sales to key account management. Leutner began his career at DHL Wordwide Express in southern Germany, where he developed business in the engineering, automotive and fashion sectors and was responsible for the "China" Competence Center within DHL / Deutsche Post World Net, which he systematically relocated to China. He later moved to Time:matters, a Lufthansa Cargo Company, as Chief Representative Greater China and also worked for Janus International Company, focusing on the development of business between Germany and China. Markus Leutner speaks German, English and Mandarin.
