RFID labeling as a key technology
Logopak Systeme is a provider of digital labeling solutions and will be exhibiting labelling systems in Nuremberg that support compliance with the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and promote the circular economy.
RFID technology plays a central role in the implementation of the regulation. Logopak's RFID label solutions support these goals. For example, they enable seamless traceability of packaging throughout its life cycle. This enables companies to ensure that packaging is recycled and reused efficiently.
On the subject of green labeling, the company will be showcasing the Logomatic 850 eP3 labelling system, which does not require compressed air when applying labels. In addition to direct thermal labels, the labeling systems can also be operated with linerless labels, which do not produce any liner waste. The company will also be showcasing the new PID 3SIXTY software platform, which networks labeling hardware.
