Wearable scanners for warehouse and retail

Proglove will be presenting the Mark Basic multi-range wearable scanner and the new advanced scanning software functionalities for the first time in Germany at Logimat.

The adaptable wearable scanner with configurable feedback and advanced scanning modes can increase productivity by up to 20 percent. Seamlessly integrated into the Proglove ecosystem, it covers distances from ten to 250 centimeters.

Robust wearable scanner

The Mark Basic multi-range is the latest ProGlove scanner and complies with protection class IP54. This means it can also be used in harsh working environments. With 8,000 scans possible per battery charge. It can be used at temperatures from zero to 50 degrees Celsius. The scanner is suitable for use in retail warehousing for order picking and consolidation. When scanning storage location and article barcodes, for example, employees have to constantly move around on a pallet truck and climb up and down.

Ergonomic scanning

With the Mark Basic multi-range, you can now scan from the vehicle without any major restrictions. At the same time, you have the option of quickly processing items at close range.

They do not have to put their arms in an unergonomic position. The scanner goes beyond the requirements of food and beverage warehouses. It also covers non-food environments such as clothing or furniture. It is a suitable choice for in-store picking as well as for mail distribution centers, intralogistics production facilities or assembly lines.
