Foundation stone laid for "multicube rheinhessen"

Heddesheim/Monsheim, 26.06.2018 - The foundation stone for the "multicube rheinhessen" was laid in the Monsheim-Ost industrial estate near Worms. The Managing Partner, Karl-Martin Pfenning, also sank a time capsule - a soldered tin container with a daily newspaper, some coins and a certificate - into the brick base for the multicube.
One of the most modern logistics centers in Europe has been under construction there since March. The logistics company pfenning logistics is building the second "multicube" here by the first quarter of 2019. This will serve as a "multi-user logistics center" for its users. The property, which has a total storage area of 55,000 square meters, enables pfenning logistics' customers to bundle, process and refine different industrial and commercial products under one roof and bring them to market in the shortest possible time thanks to its modular design.
"This laying of the foundation stone is another milestone in the contract logistics business segment," said company boss Karl-Martin Pfenning in his speech.
The multiple award-winning real estate expert
serves as a model for the project. pfenning logistics put this into operation at its headquarters in Heddesheim back in 2013.
