Focus on returns management and logistics benchmarking
The consultants from IWL AG put the two topics of returns management and logistics benchmarking on the agenda. They will highlight ways to optimize returns processing.
IWL examined the processing of returns at logistics service providers, retailers and manufacturing companies from various sectors. Based on the study, the consultants developed a guide to improve the processing of returns. IWL will also be informing trade visitors about logistics benchmarking. A new tool is used to evaluate internal logistics and identify optimization potential. The aim is to evaluate the quality of internal logistics and realize potential for improvement. Among other things, logistics experts examine the efficiency of warehouse logistics processes, technical facilities and operational excellence in the warehouse.
