Low level required: Flexlift lift table with roller conveyor
This customer request only applied to the overall height: 200 millimetres to the top edge of the support roller - that was the requirement for the lift tables with roller conveyor that a manufacturer of portable furniture was looking for for its production. The height of the roller conveyors, of which the company has installed several kilometers in its factory, is 200 millimeters. Stacks of MDH panels weighing up to 1,500 kilograms are transported on these conveyors from the cutting area to the processing machines and from there to the picking workstations. At these stations, the workers have to stack and unstack the panels by hand - without lifting aids, this is an activity that really puts a strain on the back. The requirement was for the workstations to be ergonomically designed so that the stacks could be lifted to a comfortable gripping height. Flexlift Hubgeräte GmbH was able to implement these lift tables on the basis of its hydraulic flat lift tables from the F-CE series: The tables were even built slightly flatter so that the height can be adjusted when the adjacent stationary roller conveyor is installed. After a few sample workstations were set up, the customer gradually equipped all 80 workstations with these lifting tables.
