Bauer: Multi-talented forklift truck especially for long goods
Tipping containers, drum handling equipment, telescopic loaders, load hooks and working platforms, which are simply picked up with the forks, turn every forklift truck into a multi-talent. As a manufacturer of these attachments, Bauer GmbH will be presenting a selection of its new products, such as the LSL long material side loader. The robust steel construction enables the in-house transportation of long goods that have to be moved through halls and narrow gates by forklift truck. To pick up the long goods from racks or from a truck, the device is picked up frontally with the forks, driven under the material and lashed down to prevent it from slipping. The side entry pockets are later used to pick up the appliance from the side with the forks in order to drive through gates and aisles.
