Fipa has expanded its range to include the highly wear-resistant monoflex bellows suction cups from the SP-BX1 and SP-BX2 series. The cup material combines the elasticity of rubber with the durability of polyurethane.
The virtually indentation-free Monoflex bellows suction cup is a suitable choice for gripping cardboard packaging and other uneven and porous materials - such as cardboard, structured plastics and composite materials with rough surfaces. The vacuum cup is made of highly wear-resistant polyurethane (hardness 50° Shore A) and adapts perfectly to flat and curved product surfaces. Pleats ensure good height and angle compensation. Thanks to the quick reset, the bellows suction cup is suitable for applications with short cycle times.
The Monoflex bellows vacuum cleaner is identical in construction to the established Varioflex vacuum cleaner. However, the SP-BX1 (1.5 folds) and SP-BX2 (2.5 folds) series of the Monoflex suction cup are aimed at customers in the packaging and plastics industry who want to benefit from the advantages of the Varioflex suction cup, but can do without its flexible sealing lip.
Fipa offers the oil and ozone-resistant vacuum cleaners in versions from 10 to 75 millimeters in diameter with 1.5 pleats (SP-BX1) and 2.5 pleats (SP-BX2). Bellows vacuum cleaners with filter discs are ideal for use in dusty environments. From a diameter of 26 millimetres, the manufacturer can supply the vacuum cleaner complete with filter disc on request. From a diameter of 77 millimeters, the filter disc is included.
According to the Ismaning-based company, the long service life of the Monoflex bellows suction cups ensures that machine downtimes are minimized.
