Move loads of up to 48 tons easily and safely
For more than 43 years, Jung Hebe- und Transporttechnik GmbH has been developing, designing and producing professional heavy-duty transport equipment for loads of up to 200 tons using state-of-the-art manufacturing methods. For many years, the S series has been characterized by a particularly low installation height of just 125 millimetres and offers a high load capacity of up to 48 tonnes. The tried and tested trolleys have recently been redesigned and are now available in a modern design using bending technology. This makes the steering units and chassis cassettes significantly lighter, more compact and therefore easier to handle. The compact drawbar, new to the 24-ton capacity steering unit, contributes to the drastic weight reduction, as do the new rollers. The chassis sets consist of either a steering and chassis unit, each with a capacity of 16 tons or 24 tons. The new compact design makes handling much more ergonomic for the user. The axles of the S-series are pendulum-mounted (not on the JFB 16). This results in an even load on all rollers and the floor.
