Denipro AG announces a debut: The Swiss specialist for roller conveyor technology presents the new denisort technology, which combines the advantages of tilt and slide tray sorters in a single system. The further development of the deniway conveyor is aimed at customers from the following sectors
such as e-commerce and mail order and to operators of large goods distribution centers. "Rolling instead of sliding" is Denipro's technological credo. "We have up to ten percent less frictional resistance, which means less abrasion and wear compared to conventional conveyor technology with sliding friction," explains Denipro CEO Jens Kirchhoff. The new denisort conveyor only requires a few drives. Thanks to the seamless rolling technology, the material flow is comparatively smooth and quiet, as visitors to the trade fair can see from the demonstration system. Denipro has succeeded in developing a conveyor that combines the advantages of tilting and sliding tray sorters: conveying, sorting and picking can be realized in one system. The tilting mechanism is designed in such a way that the products are unloaded gently. There is the option of double-sided unloading: The tray can be tilted and opened to the right and to the left.
