denimove as a versatile conveyor system
Denipro AG originally developed the denimove ultra-flat conveyor for synchronized transport of the worker at the car body to be processed. Established in automotive production, the system quickly found favor in fresh produce logistics and the consumer goods industry. In addition to the standard denimove 120 model, the specialist for rolling conveyor technology now offers the heavy-duty denimove heavy version. Thanks to its more powerful external motor, distances of up to 50 meters can be achieved and payloads of up to 5,000 kilograms can be transported. The classic denimove version with a drive unit in the deflection unit is designed for lengths of six to twelve meters. "With denimove, aspects such as absolutely quiet running, low vibration and smooth gliding play a decisive role," says Denipro CEO Jens Kirchhoff, drawing on his experience with various car manufacturers who have been using the ergonomic and low-maintenance system for some time. One of them, Volkswagen AG, uses the Swiss conveyor technology in the body shop at the Emden site over a distance of more than 60 meters. Here, workers assemble add-on parts for the VW Passat.
