Flexible system products for lifting and conveying
Expresso recently exhibited three flexible systems for optimizing intralogistics processes at Logimat.
Depending on the payload and load capacity, the lift2move with its brushless electric motor-driven lift mast can be used for ergonomic loading of packaging lines, for material feeding and workpiece positioning in assembly or as a convenient storage and retrieval unit - in four new performance classes from 130 to 400 kg.
The battery packs can be exchanged according to the plug & play principle. With Advanced Lift Control for the lift mast, it can be equipped to approach up to six programmable heights. The eBalanceLift electronic rope balancer supports manual lifting, lowering and positioning actions for load handling up to 600 kg. It can be installed as a column and rail version. The new MobiBench is both a lifting and lowering system, mobile workbench and transport trolley, weighs around 25 kg and can be folded to a width of 280 mm.
