Hydrogen fuel cells
First 25 vehicles delivered to customers
The Paul Group has delivered the first 25 hydrogen fuel cell trucks from series production in Germany. The PH2P has a permissible total weight of 16 tons and offers a gross train weight of up to 24 tons, with a range of around 450 kilometers.
Pure water vapor comes out of the exhaust. Companies already using the PH2P include logistics company DHL, building materials manufacturer and construction services provider Bachl, food wholesaler Troiber and logistics company Emde for clothing company C&A.
Pay-per-use model for hydrogen fuel cell trucks
The first PH2P trucks have been made available to logistics companies in Germany using Shell's pay-per-use model: the Paul Group has handed over the vehicles to Shell, which operates them via the pay-per-use platform model - including after-sales service and support for the hydrogen refueling infrastructure. This covers all necessary services for customers during the period of use.
