The aim of the collaboration: to give companies a glimpse into the future with predictive analyses and to make their supply chains more efficient and sustainable. To this end, Celonis will integrate pacemaker's demand forecasting natively into its Process Intelligence Graph in future.

Increased accuracy of forecasts

"We are delighted to support Celonis' market-leading process intelligence platform with our industrial expertise and powerful AI technology," explains Christian Jabs, CEO of Pacemaker. "Our forecasts already exceed the accuracy of existing solutions by 20 to 30 percent. In combination with Celonis' high-quality process data, we enable companies to exceed this even further and make even more informed decisions to make the best use of their resources."
