AI in logistics
Puma uses AI agents from Logistics Reply
Puma is driving forward the digitalization of its logistics and is supplementing the existing warehouse management system LEA Reply with the multi-agent AI system GaliLEA from Logistics Reply.
Following the successful deployment of the cloud-native WMS in four central distribution centers in Austria, South Africa, India and Brazil, the sporting goods manufacturer is now relying on AI-supported automation and natural voice control.
GaliLEA enables employees to access inventory, process and shipping data via text or voice, automatically create support tickets, analyse data patterns and generate personalized dashboards. Specialized AI agents take on clearly defined tasks, while the central orchestrator "Agent Space" coordinates the requests and forwards them to the appropriate agent. This reduces dependencies on external support, speeds up problem solving and increases the autonomy of the teams in the warehouses.

The aim is to further accelerate order processing, react flexibly to seasonal fluctuations and efficiently manage warehouse locations worldwide. The combination of a scalable WMS and AI agents should help Puma to make its supply chain efficient and future-proof in the long term.
Thomas Liske, Vice President Logistics at Puma, says: "With GaliLEA, we are directly experiencing how AI accelerates our warehouse processes: from multilingual training to quick queries in natural language to the instant creation of dashboards via text or voice command."
