ATU Flottenlösungen supports all workflows relating to the management and use of company vehicles with the ATU easy fleet system. The combination of app and web portal supports fleet managers and fleet drivers in coordinating maintenance appointments, complying with legal deadlines and documenting receipts, among other things.
The ATU easy fleet mobility solution reduces the administrative workload for fleet managers. Users should be able to achieve cost and time savings with it and optimize workflows in the fleet. ATU easy fleet is available in a free basic version for up to five vehicles, can be expanded in stages and can be integrated into a comprehensive fleet management system if required. The solution is also suitable for small fleets and is an ideal introduction to digital and automated fleet management.
Mobility solution keeps track of all appointments
The combination of mobile app and web-based program for simple and transparent fleet management enables fleet managers to create drivers and vehicles with the associated master data such as manufacturer, model and fuel type in the business customer portal on the ATU website. Due dates can also be stored there - for example for wheel changes, main and exhaust gas inspections (HU/AU) and checks in accordance with accident prevention regulations (UVV). Important maintenance intervals and legal deadlines are thus always kept in view. In addition, statistics always provide an overview of the current status of the fleet.
Fleet drivers are connected to the dashboard via the ATU-easy-fleet mobile app and receive proactive reminders of upcoming vehicle appointments on their smartphone or tablet. Other app functions include simple and convenient online appointment scheduling with one of the branches, digital documentation of activities and receipts as well as reporting glass and accident damage.
