PTV AG: Two new Supervisory Board members confirmed
Philipp von Hagen (pictured), member of the Executive Board of Porsche Automobil Holding SE and responsible for investment management, and Johann Jungwirth, Chief Digital Officer of Volkswagen AG, are new members of the Supervisory Board. Philipp von Hagen takes over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board from Dr. h.c. Frank-Jürgen Weise, who has held this position since 2009 in addition to his role as Chairman of the Board of Management of the Federal Employment Agency. Jungwirth succeeds Prof. Dr. Ulrich Brannolte (70). Philipp von Hagen thanked the two outgoing Supervisory Board members for their work and commitment: "PTV's success is also largely due to their prudent and forward-looking work." The Supervisory Board is completed by Martin Hubschneider, CEO of CAS Software AG. He has accompanied PTV's corporate development on the Supervisory Board since the company was founded in 1999. red
