Oliver Schopp new Director Sales Logistic Systems at Beumer
Oliver Schopp has been Director Sales Logistic Systems at the Beumer Group since May. The graduate mechanical and industrial engineer can draw on many years of experience in the logistics sector.
Before joining the Beumer Group, he held management positions at general contractors specializing in integrated automation solutions for warehouses and distribution centers, as well as at a supplier of products and systems for internal material flow. In detail, this means: 17 years at Interroll, three years at SSI Schäfer and three years at Swisslog, where Schopp worked as Head of Product Sales (authorized signatory) before moving to Beumer.
With its Logistic Systems business segment, the Beumer Group supports courier, express and parcel services (CEP) as well as department stores that face the challenge of packing and shipping parcels particularly quickly. The new Director Sales Logistic Systems succeeds Thomas Wiesmann, who retired on July 31.
