Nosta Solutions starts with Jan Steinacker
The Nosta Solutions service division has been operating as an independent GmbH under the umbrella of the Nosta Group since January of this year. COO (Chief Operating Officer) Jan Steinacker bundles the Supply Chain Consulting and New Business divisions in the new company. The business objective of the spin-off is to support companies in their logistical challenges by providing professional consulting coupled with innovative solutions as a sparring partner. By transferring the Solutions division into an independent company, the company is responding to the growing demand for individual consulting services as well as its own growth, diversification and innovation plans.
At the moment, Solutions is mainly doing development work. With the aim of offering customer-oriented and individual consulting approaches, Jan Steinacker is working with a small team on the further development of the "Supply Chain Consulting" product, generating innovative methods and constantly expanding the partner network. He can draw on the Nosta Group's team of experts to meet specific customer requirements. Among other things, his department designs and tests IT-driven tools to simplify process mapping for customers, sells the new consulting services and conducts recruiting in order to drive the unit's growth quickly and to be able to operate internationally in the future.
