Arnold Group intensifies corporate communications
Florian Lußem, a communications professional, joined the team of the Arnold Group based in Rimpar, consisting of Arnold Schwerlast GmbH and Arnold Speditions GmbH, on March 1.
The new recruit is called Florian Lußem and applied for the advertised position at the Franconian project forwarder after moving from the Cologne area and taking a year's parental leave. The 32-year-old previously gained a wealth of professional experience as Community Manager in the social media team at the mobile phone provider O2 of Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. He can now put this to good use in his new position as Head of Social Media, Marketing and PR at Arnold.
In addition to managing social media and PR channels, the "digital native", who also has a degree in German studies and history on his CV, is also responsible for developing content for the company website.
"Modern communication requires strategic measures to convey corporate messages. For the sustainable development of the online strategy, however, you have to speak the language of the times in order to be heard," says Oliver Arnold, explaining the creation of the new job and is now pleased to have Florian Lußem "an expert communications professional on our side who will act as a link between our business partners and our information policy." In conjunction with marketing on selected platforms, the social media manager will contribute to improving customer loyalty, increasing awareness of the group of companies and ultimately also to acquiring new customers.
