Solutions for packing and palletizing
At Interpack, Kawasaki Robotics EMEA, together with its partners Ecoma Maschinen and CSB-System, presented two intuitive, integrated and effective automation solutions for packaging and palletizing tasks as part of a complete production line.
With K-PALL, the manufacturer offers a compact and powerful robot solution for fully automatic palletizing. The CSB-System and Ecoma ensure optimum integration of K-PALL so that all production-related information can be exchanged and managed with the CSB ERP system. This includes, for example, packing samples, production orders, error statuses or order changes. The result is seamless traceability with full process control - from the carton to the finished pallet. In addition to K-PALL, the companies presented the latest version of their successful tray packer solution for the food industry as part of a complete production line.
