Lots of paper and a festive atmosphere
Raja will also be on site with products and packaging machines as well as information on the circular economy, digitalization and process optimization. The focus is on recycled and recyclable packaging solutions as well as paper alternatives that reduce or even eliminate the need for plastic.
Examples include paper packing tape, paper air cushions, mailing bags or film made from recycled material, paper strapping or stretch paper. Visitors to the trade fair can also find out about the best way to set up a packing table, the appropriate degree of automation for a packing line and the cost-effectiveness of packaging machines.
There is also a reason to celebrate - the 70th anniversary. Raja was founded in 1954 by two women with the business idea of collecting, processing and reselling used cardboard boxes. The Griptaper, a portable electronic dispenser for wet adhesive tape, also deserves a toast: Raja received one of the dvi's German Packaging Awards in the Material Flow and Logistics category.
