Lantech presents high-performance carton erector
As a specialist in case erectors and case sealers, case packers, stretch wrappers and related end-of-line packaging machines, the European headquarters of the US company Lantech, based in Cuijk in the Netherlands and headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, will be exhibiting at this year's LogiMAT
In Hall 1, Stand A 71, a C-2000 modular carton erector will take center stage at the trade fair.
Designed for rectangular cartons measuring between 200 x 150 x 150 mm and 620 x 450 x 650 mm (L x W x H), the machine has a maximum throughput speed of 25 cartons per minute. With this capacity, it is an example of Lantech's particular expertise in erectors for high output ranges.
The model demonstrated is also characterized by its flexibility. The cartons can alternatively be sealed on the underside with adhesive tape or by applying hot melt glue. There are also numerous options in terms of the types of cardboard or corrugated cardboard that can be used and the capacity of the magazine.
The status of the carton erector, the blank magazine and the hotmelt supply are indicated by colored lights. An acoustic signal is emitted in the event of processing errors. The system can also be equipped with various communication configurations.
Lantech will also be providing detailed information about the diverse and flexible application possibilities of its entire range of packaging machines in the logistics environment. For example, the range includes a random case sealer and a complete series of tray erectors for a wide variety of carton types. The wide range of semi-automatic and fully automatic stretch wrappers is also of interest to the logistics sector. Furthermore, solutions are offered for the complete integration of end-of-line packaging components into the line.
