Furious duo: Packstation and Freestyle from Easypack

With the Packstation work system and the Freestyle packaging machine, Easypack is presenting two convincing and complementary solutions for packaging processes in the warehouse at LogiMAT 2016. The systems will be presented in Hall 4, Stand 4B41. Both systems are coordinated and can be combined with each other.

With the packing station, the Soest-based company is presenting a new, ergonomically designed workstation system that can be optimally adapted to the individual needs of warehouses. The system is available in a single or double-sided version and offers a well-organized and spacious workstation including one or two shelves. The shelves can be individually divided and extended. Thanks to the adjustable desk height, the system can also be ergonomically adapted, ensuring greater comfort and workplace safety. For optimum use of space, the packing station can be combined with one of the Easypack packaging systems - for example with the new Freestyle. It offers the ideal solution when only a small cavity needs to be filled between the goods and the packaging. The Freestyle dispenses 100 percent recycled paper with a width of just under 40 cm, in which the products can be wrapped. The paper is simply requested using the foot switch and torn off in the required length. If a larger cavity needs to be filled, the product can be held in front of the paper dispenser and the paper can be conveniently "caught" with the hands. This automatically creates a kind of cushion that fills the cavity and prevents the product from slipping during transportation. The packaging system is also available without the packing station. Depending on requirements, it can be mounted on another packing table, on the wall or on a stand. This means it can be used wherever it is needed.
