Ease of use and connectivity
Minebea shows how weighing and inspection technology can increase the efficiency and precision of packaging processes, as it ensures product quality, minimizes production errors and ensures compliance with legal regulations.
One highlight of the trade fair presentation is the Blue HMI for dynamic checkweighers. This user interface, which trade visitors can see live on the Flexus checkweigher, offers numerous features to increase efficiency - including intuitive user guidance. The operating unit displays the overall system effectiveness and other statistics based on the current weighing results and is equipped with logging functions for audits.
The Blue HMI also offers even more flexibility and improved connectivity thanks to its many interfaces, for example with industrial fieldbuses, Ethernet/IP, Profinet or the in-house SPC@Enterprise. OPC UA is fully integrated in accordance with the specification (Companion Specification Weighing) and is optionally on board.
