Thanks to its strategic location at the intersection of Düsseldorf and Neuss, the property is one of the most sought-after production and logistics locations in Germany, according to the company. Just two kilometers from the port of Neuss and with direct access to the A52 freeway, the site offers efficient connections to important transport and logistics networks, including direct rail connections.

The site was established in the 1930s and is mainly used for industrial and logistics purposes. As part of the transaction, P3 will take over the property and lease it back to the previous owner and user.

"Numerous opportunities for development"

Sönke Kewitz, Managing Director of P3 Germany, says: "With this purchase, P3 is continuing its strategy of expanding its portfolio by acquiring space with long-term potential. The strategic location in one of Germany's economic centers and the flexibility of the site open up numerous opportunities for future developments."
